Elevate Your Dirt Track Game with DirtCarLift’s Precision Riser System

What Are Risers, and Why Do They Matter?
Risers are specialized components of DirtCarLift’s lift systems (like the XO-Series and LML/MOD lifts) designed to cup your chassis, ensuring a secure and stable fit during lifting. Unlike generic lift adapters, our risers are CNC-machined to match the unique geometry of dirt track chassis, providing a custom fit that enhances safety and simplifies undercar work. Whether you’re tightening bolts, adjusting coils, or working on your transmission, risers keep your car rock-solid at the perfect height, so you can focus on what matters—getting your car race-ready.
The key to our risers is their chassis-specific design. Dirt track cars, from Kryptonite to Rocket XR1, have distinct frame profiles, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply won’t cut it. Our risers are built to accommodate these differences, ensuring your lift aligns perfectly with your car’s chassis for maximum stability and ease of use.
Tailored Risers for Every Chassis
No two dirt track chassis are the same, and DirtCarLift’s riser system reflects that reality. Here’s a breakdown of how our risers are customized for different chassis types:
  • Kryptonite Chassis (High Right Front Raised Rail): These chassis require a 5" right front riser to accommodate the elevated rail. This riser is distinct from our standard 2" riser, ensuring your Kryptonite sits level and secure during lifting.
  • Rocket XR1 Chassis: The Rocket XR1 has a unique right rear frame profile, so we’ve designed a riser that’s 5/8" different on the right rear to match its geometry perfectly.
  • Standard Chassis: Some chassis don’t require a right front riser—or any risers at all. Our lifts are versatile enough to work with these setups without compromising stability.
  • Modifieds: For modified race cars, we recommend adding a Left Front Riser (LFR). This riser boosts the left front to 20" of height on select models (LML/MOD and XO-Series), ensuring all four corners of the lift are even. The LFR comes standard with LML/MOD lifts but is an optional upgrade for the XO-Series at an additional $140.
By matching the riser to your chassis, you get a lift that’s as precise as your racing line, eliminating wobble and ensuring your car is safely elevated for maintenance.
Self-Locating Risers: Precision Meets Convenience
Lifting a dirt track car can be a game of inches—positioning the lift just right to balance the chassis takes time and focus. That’s why DirtCarLift’s XO-Series features self-locating risers, a game-changer for racers who value efficiency. These risers allow for a bit of wiggle room when positioning the lift, so you don’t need to be laser-precise to get a secure fit. The self-locating design automatically guides the chassis into place, saving you time and hassle.
On the LML/MOD lift, the right front riser is self-locating, but the rear risers are flat, requiring slightly more accuracy during setup. If pinpoint positioning isn’t your thing, the XO-Series’ self-locating risers across the board make lifting a breeze, letting you get to work faster.
Level Up with the Left Front Riser (LFR)
For modified racers, the Left Front Riser (LFR) is a must-have upgrade. This riser ensures your lift is level across all four corners, providing a stable platform for maintenance. On select models (LML/MOD and XO-Series), the LFR delivers 20" of height in the front, matching the rear for a balanced lift. This is especially critical for modifieds, where uneven lifting can make undercar tasks trickier than they need to be.
The LFR comes standard with the LML/MOD lift, but for XO-Series users, it’s available as an optional add-on for $140. The investment is worth it for the added stability and peace of mind, especially when you’re wrenching under a 4,000-lb. racecar.
Why Choose DirtCarLift’s Riser System?
DirtCarLift’s risers aren’t just about lifting your car—they’re about doing it smarter, safer, and faster. Here’s what sets our riser system apart:
  • Perfect Fit for Your Chassis: From Kryptonite to Rocket XR1 to modifieds, our risers are tailored to your car’s unique frame, ensuring a secure and stable lift every time.
  • Enhanced Safety: With a 4,000-lb. lifting capacity and CNC-machined precision, our risers keep your car locked in place, so you can work with confidence. The XO-Series even includes new safety clamps for added security.
  • Time-Saving Features: Self-locating risers on the XO-Series reduce setup time, while the LFR ensures a level lift for modifieds, making maintenance more efficient.
  • Durability You Can Trust: At just 62 lbs., our lifts are lightweight yet built to handle the rigors of dirt track racing, with a dual-action, 12V 3200 PSI hydraulic pump for smooth power-up/power-down operation.
Which Lift and Risers Are Right for You?
Choosing the right lift and riser setup depends on your chassis and racing needs:
  • XO-Series: Ideal for racers who want maximum convenience with self-locating risers across the board. Add the LFR for modifieds ($140) to get a level 20" lift height.
  • LML/MOD Lift: Perfect for modified racers, with the LFR included standard and a self-locating right front riser. Just be ready to position the rear risers with a bit more care.
  • Chassis-Specific Risers: Whether you’re running a Kryptonite (5" right front riser), Rocket XR1 (5/8" right rear adjustment), or a standard chassis, we’ve got the right riser to match.
Note: Our lifts are not compatible with wide-frame metric cars. If you need a wide lift, contact us for a special order.

Yes, there is a way to slow it down with an add-on flow control valve. Call us, and we’d be happy to solve that for you.

Is there a way to slow these Down. I dislike how abrupt it is in both directions.
